My only no go jobs would be things like RE Agent/Realtor, because of the social/charisma requirements. 

Try to find a few investors that you can provide value to via cold calling, social media management etc.

I put a lot of real estate content on my social media and anyone who interacts with it, I find a way to connect with them.
