Most these days don't want to see an LTV over 80% total for all loans.My encouragement to you would be to start out learning about how to buy real estate profitably without actually buying any, and meanwhile be saving up for that first deal. 

My apartment complex didn't change any rules either, they still required rent and encouraged student loans if they could't afford rent.

But they can be harder to gain that initial trust.You're on the right path and I think that once you really delve into the realm of loans, once you get out and start talking to loan officers at various lending institutions, you'll quickly get a grasp on the verna...EXCELLENT Response thank you so much for your encouragement and graceful words.
