We're going to level out and grade the road but am debating using the millings to 1) make it more appealing visually and more importantly 2) provide better longevity. 

Does anyone with mobile home experience have a perspective on whether this seems like a good deal from a purchase price / rent / longevity perspective?  

So the most sought after NNN leases are stable, high credit tenants, with longevity - Walgreens, for example.   

I think that lends itself to the longevity of people in programs.

With just 10 to 20 of those driving around, It would seem to me like a great lead source and would certainly have more longevity than bandit signs.

Protect yourself by making sure you go with a company that has individual qualified escrow accounts that require YOUR signature to release funds, check references, look for longevity, Find out who the owners are, Is the company a member of the FEA, BBB, Do they have certified Exchange Specialists on staff, Do you get a real person when you call?

The brick has a lot of advantages (fire, longevity) but I personally think A Frames are solid investments too.
