It's our responsibility, to have the problem repaired in a reasonable time. 7 days is a little long so that definitely needs to be tightened up but for a person living in a home even if they own it and the AC breakdown will have to stay with a friend or family member and wait for a tech to diagnose, then repair.

Then when it was diagnosed the compressor broke which was covered.

It will do 2 things.  1 some very smart people on this post can advise you once they can diagnose the problem. 2 it would be a good lesson for other investors.  

People are clueless about its origins.I just found out that someone I had face to face contact with at a memorial service I attended back in January of this year was later diagnosed with COVID-19.
