I have been both formally diagnosed and medicated in the past for paranoia, and I feel I'M BARELY PARANOID ENOUGH for real estate.

For instance, you or your love ones get diagnosed with cancer or serious illness, become disabled and need 24hr care, get in a car wreck and get sued, the bank closes your lines of credit (yeah I already said this but this really made me mad with a 780 credit score), the market crashes, you get divorced, a riot or hurricane or earth quake or flood wipes out or damages most your properties, and the list goes on and on.

Do you know what types of adverse financial impacts will qualify you, if you or family members have not been diagnosed with or quarantined due to the virus?

They charge $400 to diagnose a check engine light!

It's our responsibility, to have the problem repaired in a reasonable time. 7 days is a little long so that definitely needs to be tightened up but for a person living in a home even if they own it and the AC breakdown will have to stay with a friend or family member and wait for a tech to diagnose, then repair.

Did they diagnose the system to determine the issue?  

Fixing it depends on what it is and this is something I'd get diagnosed by more than an inspector.

I have the ability to diagnose and repair an air conditioner with zero official training.

then ask for a letter from a health care provider that diagnosed that person in need of one.

I'm not diagnosing this guy with anything, but those look like they may be more than just drunk test messages.
