This time i received 0% response rate and a Vast majority of the letters actually came back as return to sender.

I think the OP is suggesting that the deal was found through the illegal use of these signs, which is the case in the vast amount of occasions when they are used.Personally, I have a problem with it as most know.  

So the timing couldn't be better for the BP Summit which seems like the perfect way to cram a lot of knowledge on a wide array of topics...so I’m signed up and looking forward to it!
