Were you thinking of established RV lots or setting one up?

From my narrow point of view of Ventura County millennials that aren't in tech or a liberal waitress, any young person with a good head on their shoulders will be packing up and leaving soon. 

Then you better get an RV with wings;-)"Please don't make generic statements."

But hindsight is 20/20.If my wife would have let me I would have packed up the kids etc moved to Hawaii and bought a few plexes and while cash-flowing those suckers would have been tough, they would have been printing money at this point I bet. 

The common "workaround" is for it to be considered an RV, but most municipalities will not allow an RV to be a primary dwelling, it would have to be secondary (meaning you'd need a permanent structure on the property first). 

What you would spend on a few STRs you could easily buy an apartment building, Mobile Home or RV park leveraging commercial debt.

Can Short Term RV Pads be rented through Airbnb or VRBO if there are requirements on age (55+) and age of the RV (10 years or less)? 

My daughter and her significant other got 3 of them and they have had 2 biting issues with humans, 3+ within the pack (one is old) and 1 where they attacked someone else’s dog.

They purchased a mattress that was on the floor and they had two back packs.
