I don't believe that airbnb hosts are racist and the vast majority bend over backwards to do everything they can to not be perceived as racist. 

The resale value of rental property in this scenario gets absolutely crushed because the vast majority of buyers exit the market.These scenarios are particularly germane to California rental real estate that doesn't cash flow at its current value. 

You have all the properties you need to provide the income you need and now it is time to pay off the mortgages and enjoy the vastly increased cash flow.

I think the VAST majority of successful evictions are for failure to pay and those evictions should cookie cutter and simple to handle for the most part.

@Jorge Ruiz , the suburbs of Chicago are vast and varied - you can be in an awesome neighborhood, then walk a block away and be in a war zone.Blue Island isn't the worst place in the world to live, but it most certainly is NOT on anyone's Top 10 Best, either.There is a lot of money to be made in the Chicago area, but you definitely want to go drive the streets before you drop some money there.Connect with an agent, fly out and take a long weekend to really check out the area.

Finding an experienced realtor who works and understands the vast Cleveland market (east & west side) is the best approach to fully take advantage of the many opportunities presented in this area.

I think the vast majority will only account for maintenance.
