Al,I'm not sure that the BEST deals are from auction or wholesaler.

So that can cut your analysis and make it easier.Look at Ohio, Texas, Indiana, NC,SC, FL, GA, AL, AZ, TN, not to offend anyone, I probably left a couple out that could be considered. 

If you're buying in a rural part of Alabama you are unlikely to see much in terms of appreciation.

Since I can’t afford to pay cash for a home here in North Carolina, pay cash for a home in places like Detroit, Alabama, or Ohio.
