I'm also hoping to try out the BRRRR strategy in some of my future deals.My main goal is to connect with as many members on BP as I can and help others in their endeavours while learning about real estate investment myself.

My goal in the structuring of the deal would be to ultimately leave my grandparents with a passive cash producing asset so that they still have the benefit of the income without the hassle of being a landlord. 

From there the next step is really deciding what your long term goals are regarding real estate and then finding a deal that makes sense and moves you toward those goals.

It seemed to me like a friendly group of people with similar goals and willing to share advice.I understand I'm an adult and I don't need my father's approval for something like this, but it's just very frustrating how resistant he was to the idea.

From the markets I have studied, the ones in Ohio seem to fit my current goals best.

The Fed acts as the regulator and sets the broad policy goals with low inflation and full employment as the guiding principles.

Or,  would it be better to pull out some of my equity and rehab the place MUCH faster.
