No worries, I can pull mailing addresses off the county website, it will cost $2 per address, that is a much bigger financial commitment, and I am unsure if this is the right tack to follow.I'm not sure what my question is, but looking for some guidance from this who have done this before.

The rate will be adjusted up to three times over the life of the loan Which could potentially cost me more per month down the road.Pros- On a property that won't qualify for traditional financing it can still help get the deal done.

I came across a website charging like $300 but not sure if they are legit so thought I ask BP.
