There are a few other products for investors that would work well too.

We have used it 5-6 times...it is a georgia pacific product, I think.

Custom building products has a primer specifically for this purpose...but I was going to set the shower pan area with epoxy.  

If the buyer had to verify every product description then the whole eCommerce model won't work. 

There are portfolio products that will entertain it on a case by case basis.

I've used paint and primer in one products a while back on a volunteer project where quality wasn't a top concern.

Once it gets into the inaccessible cracks and crevices, the wood acts like a sponge.That said, flooring that has joints is somewhat counter-productive (unless it's ceramic tile that's grouted).

I like the product but the auto late fee is a must.

Do not commit mortgage fraud.Fannie Mae has a renovation program available to investors, but for SFRs only.Renovation loans are a niche product, there are loan originators that ONLY do renovation loans and others (I do this, but not in your state) that'll do the cookie cuttie reno deals and refer you to a specialist if it's non-cookie-cutter.
