The bookkeepers will slap me for this but since my needs are so limited, I could easily build this in Excel, use a transaction table and vlookups.Would prefer the cloud but will use a desktop application if I have to.Please save me from this research...ready to implement it and move on to investing.

Tuscaloosa hosts the University of Alabama which is a great opportunity for college rentals and they're relatively cheap with better cap rates compared to anything in Los Angeles.

I am not a big fan of high cost software that runs on a desktop, I much prefer cloud apps, especially ones that sync and work seamlessly over multiple devices. 

If there's anything clouding the title, we give the owner a specified amount of time to get it resolved.
