Our team hosts multiple free events every month under the name "Simplified Real Estate Investing Meetup" with local guest speakers presenting their REI stories in addition to a ton of networking and awesome food & drinks. 

At the time I was living in Ohio so a real estate agent and Airbnb host Ella Mai of @EllaHomes85 and Keller Williams Realty, Inc. offered to have her full-time handyman John renovate my house.

I moved to Vegas to work for a Flipping Business where I learned a little on acquisitions to find and buy properties and also act as a buyers agents hosting open houses for our renovated properties.

I host my parents cabin as a STR that is in the Cedar City area and am curious to hear others experiences in Southern Utah.

I also host a local meetup in Worcester that will be tonight at the Worcester Beer Garden from 6:30 - 8:30 pm.

It's another great way to allow people to rent out your space for a day to host events: business meetings, photoshoots, baby showers, etc.
