IMO working as a realtor is only financially feasible if a) you have a spouse who serves as the primary bread winner and the Realtor gig is only to 'help ends meet' and/or you only need the part time income, b) you supplement it with investing, c) you're doing enough volume to afford an assistant (usually reserved for more experienced and successful agents) or d) you're servicing higher end clients ($500k+ priced homes - in which case you're sure to have an assistant).Additionally, many agents make the mistake of working against market trends.

If you want to serve lower income housing needs I'd suggest you look toward your local public housing authority and section 8 properties, stay with clean, safe and maintained properties

That does not mean the attorney provided any legal advice and made tactical changes that would better serve your business.....and that's what you want, not just a graded contract but one that works and holds up before Judge Bean.If some site claims the contracts are reviewed or approved by an attorney, it usually means its been graded and IMO, by an attorney who can't get a better job, might be they passed the Bar last month!

An automatic weapons position, duties and function has absolutely no relevance to a handgun, supressing fire at 100 yards to tactical close combat, the only thing in common is both guns make loud noises.I admire and thank all who serve or served, they will understand what I'm saying here, if you're going to pin military folks with having the skills and experience in protecting kids in a school, then they should have served in more unique jobs of the military.
