Aloha,I suspect the attic ladder your PM is quoting is more of this type:https://www.homedepot.com/b/Bu...It is dangerous and a violation of OSHA regs to "repair" manufactured ladders.Any home, regardless of neighborhood, should always be offered completely and properly functional, reasonably safe, and clean.

I would suggest a different alternative, one that doesn't put a member of your team on the potential receiving end of 2:00am calls with an expectation of 30-minute callbacks.I haven't seen it yet, but I suspect this will become an auditing mechanism for some of the local municipalities that want to crack down on STRs in their area, and it's a really easy one to vet.Something like PATLive, a VA team, or any 24/7 answering service could provide a solution here that will not even potentially run a member of your team down.Alternatively, you could use a management company who does all of this already.
