You can pay for courses and or go through you-tube college until you are blue in the face and never gain real experience because it's hard to jump in and take action.

Anything live on Saturdays or evenings, or will that all be by video/youtube type trainings.I'd ask if you have to sell any properties to others before you represent yourself.

Bigger Pockets video on you tube titled "Calculating numbers on a rental property using the four square method" This is a very simple and easy explanation of how to run the numbers on a rental property. 

I learned an enormous amount by watching hours upon hours of YouTube (Just ask my wife lol) I just developed such a passion for building and have gotten into woodworking as well.Anyway, maybe a long-winded answer but your question got me thinking so I gave you what was on my mind.

If you look on YouTube you find plenty of rants how the rich investors are keeping the tenants from homeownership and in a state poverty, which IMO at best is only mostly untrue.This also means that there will be additional pressure to raise rents.

Youtube is your friend.

When I used Cozy once the lease ended it was up and I had to redo everything, and they didn't have a mobile platform yet and my tenants wanted that.I would spend some time watching their youtube videos to get a better grasp of it and put those videos on 1.5 playback speed to save some time.
