Hey @Michael Medeiros I can't offer much help there, but I do have a couple suggestions:1.) use the "Search" option at the top and search for "Rhode" so you can see who is from the area. 2.) be sure to set up some Keyword Alerts for "Rhode Island" so when local conversations happen in the future, you can jump in.
