When you can have both agents present their work and compare apples to apples and who will perform the best work for you.

And there's always ways to sneak in extra charges on both sides of the transaction or for wires etc. so just make sure you're comparing apples to apples.

The trick is to compare apples to apples which is very hard.

I think it's going to be difficult to create meaningful apples-to-apples comparisons between these cities (but I think that's OK, and I'll explain why).
