I have no experience  in real estate  my first time I will be attending  a 3 day work shop Aug  5 thur  7  I can come back and share  some of my experience  in had in the work shop 

As to learning, search for a recent post on an old thread concerning work shops and seminars, you really won't learn notes or finance there, you learn to feed a broker, LOL.Coming soon, at a computer near you, will be Notes, by yours truly and other BPers in a blog, so say tuned!

RCG is doing a workshop in Chicago this month for Lonnie Dealers on that subject.

We are outdoor, big dog, big workshop, and two car garage doesn't cut it for hobbies type people.

I was just introduced to investing recently at a Flipping Formula workshop.

They have a monthly main meeting, as well as numerous subgroup meetings and workshops and so much more. 

They sponsor meet ups and workshops.

We ended up spending the money to attend a subsequent 3 day workshop where we learned that we would need more education.
