I am not the richest person by far but I have found a good lifestyle by setting my risk and sticking with it aka I only buy 2% rule or above.

They want the benefits of what lifestyle being a top realtor can offer, but they don’t understand the concept of how to get there.  

We might consider the lifestyle aspect if it's a place where we want to go back regularly.Speaking of Mexican cartels, I've been going to Mexico for more than 20 years, know a huge number of people who invest and work in real estate across the country and I've never heard about cartels taking over properties.

And if you're moving, figure out what market has the lifestyle and other factors you desire and then make it work.

I will assume your goal is achieving financial freedom for the rest of your life.Financial freedom is more than just replacing your current income; it's about maintaining your current lifestyle for life.

Also consider what YOU want to do with it and what works with your lifestyle and your end goal.
