Stefan D. First Multifamily (Long Distance BRRRR Gone Sideways)
14 September 2021 | 51 replies
I had 2 long distance BRRRR's before this go well on SFR's (totally recouped my investment on both), so 2 out of 3 isn't awful - especially if I try to learn from my mistakes and get better over time.Stefan, what's important is that you showed up, you asked honest questions here, you pulled the trigger, you had problems, and you SHOWED UP AGAIN and were dead honest about them, too. What we get in the forums (and now the FB groups) all too often is a bunch of ra-ra-ra and success-success-success, and the constant, tiresome implication that everyone who isn't bragging about winning all the time shouldn't be here.

YesWas it the most creative RE investing at it finest, maybe not.Have you ever done a fifty million dollar deal. no wait, I don't care.Your pompous, arrogant, misinformed, self righteous and callous attitude Is not only in many ways boring and tiresome but also not constructive in my opinion. To me it sounds like you got your ego involved here.I tried to be polite to you throughout this entire discussion. If this has been too harsh, so be it.Thank you all for posting, including you Bill, when you were reasonable. fair and practical.
