@Galen Ikonomov - Thank you, yes we thought the green really gave a soothing feeling which is perfect for the beach.

Oftentimes, just having a comprehensive umbrella policy will protect you during acquisition phase, but attorney and insurance agent can sooth any fears you have.

I was thinking of putting in a green/aqua blue carpet to go with the grey as I thought it would be soothing.
