Put it this way I have never went skydiving, I don't see a reason to jump out of a perfectly good plane, but if you talk to someone whom has done it, their opinion is much different, which comes from experience.Let me tell you what REI Vault really is and what it has done for me.

Once I put in that offer, I was so nervous, and felt like I was about to go skydiving or something very dangerous..Fast forward to today.

The park is going to be world-class with simulated sky diving and a bunch of other stuff too.

Additionally, I enjoy skydiving, BASE jumping, motorcycle riding, and long walks on the beach.  

Never really investigated that area except to go skydiving and eat at Phil's BBQ, I'm assuming a lot of new construction/high prices down that way?
