Do any of you have too much RE work and not enough man power?

I am also working on doubling my construction business in terms of manpower as well as volume/profit.

In the last 3 years my partner and I have grown a property business from 0-131 units (currently an additional 4 are under contract)We are at a point where we need to scale on the man power side of things.

TIME to get back into manufacturing here in the US.. we have plenty of dirt and plenty of know how and man power  

They certainly don't have the manpower to do that so it's an idle threat but one that "encourages" compliance. 

They have more manpower(bodies) and are doing it every day so they are gonna be able to work faster. 

Should be plenty of money on the MLS there for you if you have the manpower to get the work done.  

Theres always a guy who will do it cheaper than another and it takes a lot of time/man power.

They are not going to have the manpower to do so.Also use the money in good faith and not go buy a new car or boat with it.Just like people getting in trouble for not using their self directed IRA correctly.
