        @Gregory SchwartzThe way you usually get this done is with a business loan on multiple properties. 5-year reset period, higher interest, but if you have the manpower lined up it really works well.Refinancing C/D-class BRRRRs often simply won't work in certain parts of the country at certain times.

        Sometimes to smaller contractors dont have the man power to do a large job and wont tell you that, so they just ghost you.

        It's best to get a layer of salt down first to keep the snow/ice from bonding with the pavement, then it's going to be up to the equipment and manpower at your disposal as well as the predicted snowfall totals, duration of event, mixes of snow and ice as well as how clear you need to keep the areas.
