The price is still by far far far too much for me to be able to afford it for myself but I think, there would be high profit to try to do some online marketing and cooperate as a middle man between seller and buyer, make my own marketing listing, put higher price on it and pray that seller is honest enough that he will really send me the difference in price for my profit to via bank wire transfer to my European bank account.However there is a problem: The original listing ( *** ) was on agency's website.

My recommendation is to seek more passive routes of real estate investing such as investment groups, shares of RE Companies, REITs etc for the European theatre as it will relieve you of much of the leg work, hassle and headache, especially if you aren't native (working a deal can be tough as the "American" even when you speak the local dialect).

The greater Miami area has much more room to run, but South Beach in particular is built-out.In my opinion, you can't go wrong buying on the Beach, as demand is strong for a variety of factors (seasonal US demand, year-round European demand, and structural economical influences in South America).Let me know if you'd like to talk through it; in the meantime, good luck.Jason

I have some in the paper asset stock funds as well and I do like the liquidity there, but my RE doesn't take a hit every time congress holds us hostage, Janet Yellen toots, Russia invades somebody, a terrorism threat appears, China or European growth slows...
