I’m new to real estate investing and would like to know if there is any information on European or even Austrian real estate investing on this platform!

Mainly looking for Turnkey flips and BRRRR opportunities.Apart frpm real estate, I enjoy Travelling the world with my wife, and enjoying different types cuisines and exploring medival european cities.

I'm not familiar with how European real estate transactions work but personally know I would feel a lot better if there was a third party involved holding the money

Problem is that European countries like Portugal and Spain are following (or preceding) the negative STR regulations that you find in more and more places in North America.

The price is still by far far far too much for me to be able to afford it for myself but I think, there would be high profit to try to do some online marketing and cooperate as a middle man between seller and buyer, make my own marketing listing, put higher price on it and pray that seller is honest enough that he will really send me the difference in price for my profit to via bank wire transfer to my European bank account.However there is a problem: The original listing ( *** ) was on agency's website.

I do not have insight into the European market but in terms of loans in the states it is very common to use a loan to finance a portion of the property.
