People should hold off on going out, avoid crowds, wear protective gear when possible while out in public, wash their hands, use hand sanitizer, work from home whenever possible. 

Even if it was a "wash" to begin with, it will save increasingly with time and every available study shows that not only do solar homes sell for more (average $4/watt of solar system) but also sell faster.

@Caryn Seifert     I disagree with Account Closed on the dishwashers, some people use them, some don't but you can always use your dishwasher for storage if you don't want to use it for washing dishes.

I'm not in a position to just let half my portfolio not pay rent for a month or two, I would be washed out.

Here's just a small list of some of the opportunities (challenges) we ran into:-Day one presented our contractor with a squatter that was washing his clothes in our kitchen sink-City of Atlanta is very difficult to work with on permits which delayed construction probably 60 days overall through the process-Contractor spent two months determining if our house was in a flood zone-Contractor had not worked on residential properties before.  

My office is in Wash Park but we work all over Denver and the metro area.

There is fantastic benefits for serving, but going with a mind of just 4-profit, you'll wash out before hitting E3.
