Hey Sharon I have a friend. who daughter want to purchase a home and her credit score is 620 to 640 can she purchase and of so I will refer her to you.

They were generally good tenants and were trying to be able to stay in the same school district for their high-school aged daughter and we worked with them.  

I will be up in SA over Memorial Day weekend taking my daughter to UTSA if you guys have a meetup around that time. 

One was 6 years old, and his mom's friend would come over to visit, and bring her 13-year old daughter (yes, a girl!)

My daughter is a student at VCU.

We are looking for some wisdom here as this technically our first land sales contract using our lawyer to draw up the paperwork.The buyer has a 5 year old daughter that is very cute and we love her to death (our neighbors) but she is also into everything , prone to accidents, always on our side of the property and they want to put up a pool.
