There are a lot of new players and it's hard to tell who is legit without getting feedback from people actually borrowing from them.If you've closed loans with any lenders recently, can you please share: (1) name of the lender (2) good/bad experience and why (3) now that you've done a loan, what criteria are important in choosing this type of lender.Thanks for your feedback!

Turns out, he just wants to be rid of it, and is willing to sell the house to me with no money down and seller financing (he is retired and doesn’t really need the money.I believe this property will easily rent for 600$My primary questions are these: If we came to an agreement, what players would I need to round up to make this happen?

There are lots of industries to support the economy - with Redstone Arsenal being the biggie, and as John already mentioned it is growing - Remmington and Polaris are just a few new job creators headed this way.

@Joseph Asamoah is very successful with this strategy because he has a product with high demand and low supply (high-end, renovated single family houses in prime neighborhoods with 4-5 bedrooms), has put together a very thorough tenant screening process, and has developed deep relationships with key players at the local housing authority.
