When you start building your team and you find a good agent to work with, you can set up an automated system where they send you properties that fit into your predetermined criteria every day. 

If their not doing a predetermined goal deliberately then their a failure.. if you’re doing  that and that’s you’re predetermined goal you’re a success.

Am I correct in thinking that a private lending or joint venture would benefit me in the sense that I bring deals, I bring and actual property with ARV pre-determined.

Annuities are basically something you buy right now that pays a certain amount for the rest of your life or predetermined time.

But I plan on doing things right by meeting any lender reserve requirements first, and then adding a pre determined amount on top of that based on the short term likelihood of the property requiring additional capital.Thank you all again for contributing to this discussion.

Here in Ontario, we can only increase a very small pre-determined percentage once a year.  

I would talk to a lawyer to help out, but get agreeable terms that explicitly states what happens in the case of a divorce, such as forcing that couple to sell or surrender its stake at a pre-determined price the the remaining parties, or something like that would be good, and your postnuptial one might be prudent.

Too much analysis not enough predetermined criteria.

But it is not always a good idea to have something in writing for every obscure possibility because it is often difficult to predetermine what should be the optimal decision-making system without a context for it.
