I've always found CI very difficult to use, although it looks like they have modernized the site in recent months. 

Aside from loving the modern styles, when you are going 3 stories, and have the height limitations, and narrower lots, contemporary style with no rooflines really work.

I love modern and contemporary, would love to offer that type of home as new construction to buyers in the 300-500s vs having to buy their own land and do something 100% custom.

There are many great architecture firms that do beautiful Pacific Northwest modern, or just modern/contemporary in Portland.  

Works great on my desk top but heck my phone is in my pocket and I'm not so fat yet that I can fit my laptop in my pocket.
