Regarding WSJ's hostility toward Airbnb investors: keep in mind that most digital media journalists/authors have a particular political bent (read: these Airbnb investors are raising prices for the common working man).

One a year in my market could easily result in 8 digit property worth in less than a decade with little to no money invested in the properties.
