Owner property destruction, theft/vandalism, and the discount demanded by REO buyers of vacant properties has increased their incentive to do a SS, keeping the borrowers in the property until sold, even taking good care of the property under the terms of the SS agreement.I'd like to be able to better handicap the success of my offers, even if my influence over the players (LA, bank) is limited to nil.
