It is a GIANT ponzi scheme that makes the Madoff scandal look like a shoplifting incident.

A 6% commission has always seemed scandalously high to me given the typical amount of service one receives on a listing.

As president, things can become media scandals even if you have the authority to fire someone.

They used it to describe the cop in the "trooper-gate" scandal, etc.

My advice would be to type the name of the organization in the Google or YouTube search bar and next to it put "scam" or "scandal" ...that will give you a good idea of what you're getting yourself into.
