I would be curious what she finds objectionable.Usually I have a sit down with an applicant at that stage of the game, to go over the lease, and not only explain the languages in the lease as well as give examples and scenerios.Many first time renters are intimidated by complicated leases, and I don't know how many times I have seen this facial expression when they come to the clauses that deals with what happens if they die or go to jail, that needs to be explained.Now, your initial post said she objects to the "tone".

Rently just added facial recognition where renters have to take a "selfie" and someone in their office makes sure it matches the ID, No problems with self showing yet, did have a lady leave a banana peel in the trash and had to kill some fruit flys, last week haha but thats about it so far.

Cast iron was rough on the inside, installed in only in 10' sections and the joints would break down and again, roots and dirt would clog--it hasn't been used since the '70's.Even with paper towels and facial tissue, they should go through, unless they are catching inside the line in the yard somewhere.
