I like to provide realistic pictures, not "photoshopped" ones that don't represent the property well.

I hope your previous applicants didn't use software like photoshop to make their credit report look more favorable :)

The interwebs will only give you part of the story in a world where Photoshop use and wide-angle real estate camera lenses are widespread.

Also, some Photoshop touch-up does wonders.

Please use your Photoshop skills.  

That's really the best way if you are trying to do this from long distance as we have learned people on craigslist, etc Photoshop their pics and you waste alot of time looking at properties you would have never considered.

this is a bit off topic, but there is this program called photoshop that's really cool.

I have some photoshop and a little web desiging skills so I'll be saving some money on that.  

All of my settings should be intact.From there I zoomed in to the level I found appropriate and began stitching it together in photoshop.

If you import a tiff file with your signature on a transparent background (use photoshop to make this) then you have a stamp for your signature (and you can make one for your initials as well).
