Then your housing problem will still be solved and you'll already know ahead of time the expense of leaving this apartment earlier due to buying your own place.PS..... just remember that a realtor advising you to buy a house is like a supermarket giving you diet tips.

At the moment, I believe the following tasks are NOT delegatable and remain core tasks:-Developing relationships by providing value-Getting smarter through learning, taking action and speaking with people-Being healthy - mental health and physical health through fitness/diet-Casting a vision or strategy for your life and your team's lifeSome tasks I believe can be delegated/systematized:-Finding deals - with help of brokers, wholesalers, marketing-Scheduling -through softwares like calendly-Property management through traditional property managers or digital assistantsThese are just a few that come to mind.

I cant say we had it quite like that.. but I do remember our car being a 56 VW bug with no back seats.. and my mom making my clothes etc. never went out to eat EVER..

I could probably go on a rice and beans diet and make the payments, or drain my 401k, but if there are other options on the table, why not look at them?   

It is good for a well rounded diet to get a healthy dose at least twice a week in my opinion:) I'll check out the book, but in the mean time, do you have anything else helpful to add?  

On the credit score I look for specific things, like a car being repossessed, delinquent utility or phone bill.

The only problem is the area that the deal is in is over 6 hours away by car.
