Hypothesizing without using real data is a recipe for disaster.

Once you start chatting with them, you'll be better able to figure out what they actually want to do vs. hypothesizing.

Further, though I don't recall reading this in my textbook on labor economics, I expect a reduction in people's living expenses by removing the necessity of rental payments(by passing an eviction moratorium, for example) would have a similar impact, but I'm just hypothesizing here.

Here are some general thoughts and ideas on where things could go...I read an interesting paper last year put out by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) that hypothesized that the national debt can pretty much grow infinitely without destabilizing the economy or ever causing a fiscal collapse. 

it's hard to imagine actually getting sued for hypothesizing about which type of tenant would have extra people staying over.

Like most systems that were once traditional, in-person processes that moved to primarily online-based workflows (e.g. filing your taxes), there will always be some things to work through over time, so let's ignore that discussion for now.Idk how many real estate/eviction law attorneys visit and comment here on Bigger Pockets, but I'd be curious to hear anyone with ample experience with the law and/or evictions hypothesize on why that is the case.

I'm just hypothesizing an exit strategy here so please humor me.

I've only recently begun pulling my head out of the data and really putting my hypotheses and data models to the test in the real world - so far, with positive results.Anyway, i was recently playing with the numbers from various sources, and I put this together for those of you who may be curious about what areas/markets based on real data may be the "most bang for the buck" areas to invest in.

That would imply an uneducated decision based off no supporting evidence other than what I can randomly hypothesize.

I don't think so, since its not her personal home and she's only a guarantor on the loan, but I'm just hypothesizing here....
