I know that breaking into real estate investing is going to be difficult as I was frustrated and discouraged after realizing how much I have to learn after attending the REIA meeting.I am young and inexperienced but I am determined to make real estate investing work for me.

it was a lesson learned , and much cheaper than most of us will pay when we make real estate mistakes :)

I'm looking to learn as much as possible as well as make connections that will allow me to make real estate investing a reality.

Depending on location and market building out high end condos can be a good money maker but is not simple or cheap.  

Just got back from three skiing two days at Breck and one at Keystone.What's the better money maker--assuming hiring a management company either way:-Short term vacation rental-Long term rentalExpenses must be pretty significant with cleaning and furnishing a short term rental, but income is also good.  

Then I moved to Minnesota when 3M window film was all the rage, which made houses less drafty but sealed them up tight.  

This is not for the faint of heart but it's a money-maker for the right investor.Through another wholesaler, we got a property in Lake Villa.

Id be happy to talk to you more about it, you have to take into account things like Sundance Film Festival, the increased summer traffic (Park City has really stepped up its advertising for us being summer destination) Although its still not as busy as winter.

We had someone in our subdivision up there build a brand new cabin years back and from what I have heard it's not renting out as consistently as the owner thought.So the cabin really isn't a money maker, and it is nice to have around.  

No stainless tub in the dishwasher and no water/ice maker in the fridge.
