We had someone in our subdivision up there build a brand new cabin years back and from what I have heard it's not renting out as consistently as the owner thought.So the cabin really isn't a money maker, and it is nice to have around.  

No stainless tub in the dishwasher and no water/ice maker in the fridge. 

I have always felt like they think of themselves as a glorified rule maker.  

Video filming starts again tomorrow for round two, and once the rehab is complete, the completed version will be filmed and then edited.

So my appliances pay for themselves year 1 while still under warranty. 2) do you want someone who’s never done it before attaching their washer or ice maker in your property?

For refrigerator, we avoid ice makers and avoid water dispensers.

A month later, when they can't make rent, their gone and they leave the mattress.

I sold my first property last year and if I was not a beginner and had more capital, would not have sold it because it in fact was a great little money maker.

I rented one for over a year to a Hollywood film worker, always out of town or country working.
