With technologies, self-managing is easier than ever, even for the properties that are quite far. 

Micron Technology's decision to build a massive 1,400-acre semiconductor manufacturing plant in Clay, NY, a suburb of Syracuse, is poised to have a transformative effect on the local housing market.

Reliable technology and reliability in the VA's character are essential. 

Whoever approved the app in its current state shouldn’t be handling anything having to do with technology, regardless of how fast or slow it changes.

One thing my dad was right about, the younger generations are lazier, they don't have the work ethic of the old timers which is the unfortunate side, the good side is that life is much easier and younger generations have technology working for them, so they can afford to be lazier. 

If brokers were going to be displaced, it would have happened by now as we’ve had the technology for 15 years and access to it for 10.
