In such a case, the only way to reduce interest paid and "accelerate" the loan is to go in with a shorter term or make higher payments using 0% funds (you pay no interest on it).In this case, if I were guaranteed a 4% interest rate, I'd opt for 15 year amortization so I'd be able to refinance sooner and extract my equity, if that were a key item in my strategy.

I also use their virtual credit cards which enables me to assign a card to a specific person, like the cleaner for my STR for example, so when she runs a charge, it automatically drops into the right account in terms of categorizing my expenses.

Get listed on all the OTA’s and a direct booking site, use good management software like HostAway, use dynamic pricing software like pricelabs, use WiFi enabled smart locks like Schlage encode, use an email capture system for guests to login to WiFi like stayfi, use those captured emails to do marketing for your direct booking site, and automate scheduling and payments for cleaners and maintenance.
