A greedy, selfish person accumulates as much as he can and refuses to share no matter how much or how little he has.The money matters little.

I dislike a lot of cultural norms of this country, the one I hold in deepest contempt is complacency, followed closely by ignorance and the general cheapness and selfishness that consumerism has bred into us.

I agree with you and find this selfish and absolutely irresponsible.

The point is that people are selfish and they will break a lease if it is in their best interest.

I have been railing against this policy for quite a while that some selfish, self centered landlords try to justify with the lame excuse that "it's just business"!  

Now, all this doesn't mean PMs are selfish, cutthroat people out to screw owners.
