People might tell me I’m selfish, but my argument stems on free will.

It's 10 seconds out of their life to be courteous and respect other people's time, instead of being rude and selfish. 

.: REA and Brokers will always dislike wholesalers, that's just the nature of business where EVERYONE is driven and motivated by selfish interests and greed and nothing but selfish interests (all "moral" talk is a smokescreen, for naive to fall).

Personally, I got my license for purely selfish reasons first - then started representing clients and fell in love with the relational component.

I also understood that he was just a selfish prick, and what I did not understand was why women catered to him.

Since then, my why has turned from a selfish goal into a selfless goal.

haha  But I still need reliable and professional back up... but I have 4 kids and selfishly one day when they all have phones they will be earning that write off and helping with guests!!!

I feel bad/selfish for wrestling with this (my pastor had the same comment about if you want a "gross blessing" tithe on the gross, if you want a "net blessing" tithe on the net. 

This is very selfish of him.
