It is RARE if you are a selfish prick that uses others for your benefits.

@Ola Dantis I am also a little disappointed that Baltimore wasn't on the list (for selfish reasons being a current investor in that market lol)@Russell Brazil besides three separate localities on the list, Jeff Bezos owns The Washington Post and a house in Washington DC.

Please pardon me if that seems callous and selfish but I’m a republican capitalist so I don’t believe in ~hope and change~You see I’m not smart enough to play the stock market ( I can barely string sentences together on this message board) and I can’t throw a piece of inflated leather 80 yards  down a field , or slam dunk a basketball so looks like I’m stuck renting out these dumpy houses to idiots with non opposing thumbs to make extra money for the remainder of my life .

Everyone is selfish deep down.

I have a feeling that you are going to be extremely rich in a few years because you are not selfish, and you are willing to share your experience and knowledge with the BP community free of charge.

It seems like a selfish reason to want tenants to sign a new lease after the tenant has been in the rental more than one year.

As for my why, it is my family, God (and his people), and selfishly myself.

Some people totally deserve where they are because of their fixed mindset, laziness, pessimism, selfishness and bad ethics.... i totally agree, but we cannot look at a whole entire demographic who are suffering and think its their fault when we turn a blind eye to injustice.

Surely this has been discussed before, but figured I'd start my own thread on this topic for convenience's sake (selfish, I know haha).
