My employee doesn't get paid $100 per hour but you are paying his wages, insurance, benifits, travel, vehicle cost if it's a company truck and cost of any company tools he needs for the job.So like otgers have said it's a cost of business.

They also needed access to their vehicles parked onsite while they used the company trucks to haul material to the work sites very early in the morning.An electrical surge caused by lightening and thunder one night around 12:30am was the reason. 

I have acess to a pump out rig ( I drive a oil truck once in a while and the guy lets me use his stuff)

My truck has been keyed before, a bucket of paint was thrown on the side of my building, and feces were smeared on the office doors.  

So I tried to think about this from the tools that I keep in the truck such that I can deal with the most common things that I might get a call about if I happen to be in town:1.

We use out trucks and trailer and tenants leave there crap on the curb.

Covered the cage with an old towel to transport (raccoon v angry) and tied a string to door to remotely open it from truck once out of area.
