Of course, it could be something else, but if the tub is plastic I would check for this. 

Tenant must comply with recommendations and requests from the pest management specialist prior to professional treatment including but not limited to:  Placing all bedding, drapes, curtains and small rugs in bags for transport to laundry or dry cleaners.  Heavily infested mattresses are not salvageable and must be sealed in plastic and disposed of properly.  Empty dressers, night stands and closets.

Those pensions are being left holding the bag as bonds are bid up and yields drop.

Generally, each siding piece was immediately placed on 6mil plastic, but I placed these for picture purposesJust follow all of the regulations and protocols for handling and disposal.

I have now put a plastic cover on it to stop it from getting wet but those lights need air circulation.

Seems to me they want to make a $30k-$40k score per "wholesale" while the buyers are left holding the bag.

Same story for plumbing fixtures, not plastic.
