The warranty excludes standing water and plumbing leaks - this is probably the reason.So while I am impressed with how waterproof it is, this is a kitchen with dishwasher ina  rental property, so we will go with LVP which I know is 100% waterproof as it's core is just plastic. 

The drawer slides have plastic parts that break easily, and the doors go all wonky.

I could see the value in LLCs for example someone with a high net worth at risk of being sued, like a plastic surgeon, who should also get enough malpractice insurance.

If the contractor is in such dire financial straights to be playing Ponzi games, no matter how 'great' they were in the past, you don't want to be the guy holding the bag.

I understand they might need to hold over some money for final bills but our contract finishes end of September and we can't get June's rent out of them.Definitely in the dirt bag category. 

Which means it should cost $20-25 a bag in depot.

If you don't believe me I'll tell you the story sometime about a pissed off tenant who flushed a bag of "Quickcrete" cement down the toilet and the $4,000 sewer line repair that caused...
