I would differentiate mine from the others in the neighborhood by doing something special like offer to pay for a Uhaul for a day for the move, or free TV with a one year lease contract (TV's are cheap now, but you could make it a tablet, or whatever),  or offer a one day certificate to the spa to rub out those sore muscles after the move, restaurant gift certificate, whatever appeals to you.

The seller went down there himself and muscled them into a different position and did a shotty job fixing the gaps with a universal repair adhesive - duct tape.

To be honest, my lady wears the tool belt in the relationship and I'm just hired muscle, but I'm very confident in her vision, skills and execution, and I think there's very little that we wouldn't be able to tackle in terms of fixing up our first property.
