This is a real out of the way part of CA, right on the OR border, but is popular with tourists and travelers during the summer months.  

When connected to someone you do get more contact information displayed in their profile, such as phone and email address.

However, real service dogs are virtually always highly "trainable" breeds, such as labs, golden retrievers, labradoodles, and herding breeds (border collies, corgis, etc.)
