How have you been harmed?

Again, not universal to any/all people, but in general yeah I see it doing more harm than good. 1 serious mistake is all it takes and that can wipeout months if not years of that "savings" of self-managing vs staffing for it.  

My family was in harms way BECAUSE of the "open borders" so to your accusation I say GET-A-CLUE.

Don't get cute, and damage the relationship if it's good or harm your business. 7 days without AC in Texas is brutal.

There were 11 vehicles parked on my lawn, the door was wide open, and a sign posted on the wall next to the door read "hazardous chemicals have been removed from this home."
