Personal and Professional Liability - Florida’s premises liability law requires landlords to maintain their rental property and protect their tenants and their guests from harm.

Again, not universal to any/all people, but in general yeah I see it doing more harm than good. 1 serious mistake is all it takes and that can wipeout months if not years of that "savings" of self-managing vs staffing for it.  

If I think the inheritance will harm her, it'll be set up in a way I see fit that provides what she needs and nothing more.

Anything that could potentially bring harm or problems to our tenants and our neighbors in the community.  

Account Closed when someone uses a gun to kill or harm another person.

A pension they cannot reply, crime, and even more squeezing of the poor and middle class.High taxes, high regulation, not business friendly, federally mandated minimum wage, etc. are all things which harm and de-incentivise the poor and middle class.

Explaining to tenants that mold is everywhere and far less harmful to a healthy person than the media portrays is difficult.
