I think most seasoned investors would tell you to move to Milwaukee...The President just announced that FoxConn will build a huge plant just south of Milwaukee.

The Volvo and Mercedes plants aren't even done yet.

And lastly, myself, supervising remotely from some tropical beach with great wifi and delicious fruit cocktails with little bamboo umbrellas :)

Understand that MANY of the renters in that town work in the poultry and manufacturing plants which will likely limit what they can afford.Your best options in Springdale will be based on school districts.
