I am instantaneous with tenant problems/requests, but I don't want to have many of them - otherwise, this becomes as much of a job as having another job. 

So you did not just instantaneously get 30K in profit.

This allows me to sell the stock almost instantaneously (and almost around the clock) anytime I feel that the value has reached a peak -- or I can buy more if I feel it will go higher from the current price.

But its not as if you can get one there instantaneously.

I'm honestly not certain how that would work, since the cash has to be effectively instantaneous at auctions.

This is all found instantaneously with an app!

My thinking is that I want to add value to my contractors by being able to pay them virtually instantaneously, as we all know speed of payment and fast cash flow is important to their business....but lately, I have struggled to convince a couple of guys to adopt these payment methods.  

It's instantaneous and no fees.
