Many hosts think CSAT (customer satisfaction) is a one-time event to drive 5 star reviews.

I'd like to share my Excellent experience with doing the recent Refinance with Dominion Group. 5 stars, all day long.They were great from the get go, very professional,very flexible, very transparent about the services, rates and time frames.

On a 5 star scale I give them a 0.

In Oregon we did mainly timber plays so bigger dollars.. one of my star's was a 700 acre tree farm we paid 1.8 for i busted 10 lots off the front half that i sold for about 1.5.. we held the rest of the land logging it gently each year bringing in about 30 to 50k net in log revenue ( commercial thinning is what they call it). 

The key is having a rock star contractor you can trust, a good property manager, and boots on the ground who know the area. 

That's a lot of stars to align..

Not a rock star but I'm doing ok.. 

and then duck.. use a guy that has star power from other industry and social media.. to get credibility when he has next to zero experience in real estate .. have him create a rich dad poor dad  illusion of grandour and then use used car sales tactics.. and then market to newer investors.. and there you go.But then you get this guy Tyler Jehnke who by chronicling just getting a rent check caused a bunch of people to leap into these deals..
